Welcome to ServiceWISE Web

If you are a new ServiceWISE user, we recommend you to login to the Sample project and test the ServiceWISE Web main features. The sample project is fully functional. To use the Web demonstration, you need a login name and a password to login. We provide you with the following login names and passwords for demonstration purposes:

Each ServiceWISE user has a different privilege set as defined by the System Administrator. The main differences between the predefined roles in the table above are explained briefly below.

Help Desk Manager: Can submit, view, assign, close, delete and forward an incident. Can publish knowledge.
Support Engineer - Level II: Can submit, view, and forward, close and delete an incident. Can publish knowledge items.
Support Engineer - Level I: Can submit, view, forward, and close an incident.
Call Center Assistant: Can submit, view, and forward, an incident.
